Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Area
The Cups Coffee delivers within Da Nang city through our in-house team and trusted partners including GrabFood, ShopeeFood, and Baemin.
2. Delivery Time
• Inner city: 15 – 30 minutes
• Suburban areas: 30 – 45 minutes
• Peak hours (11 AM – 1 PM, 5 PM – 7 PM) may add 10 – 15 minutes
3. Delivery Fee
• Within 3km: Free for orders over 80,000 VND
• 3 – 7km: 15,000 VND
• Over 7km: Based on delivery partner rates
4. Please Note
• Iced blended drinks and smoothies should be consumed within 30 minutes
• We are not responsible for quality issues caused by third-party delivery delays
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligible Cases
• Wrong drink (wrong type, size, or topping)
• Spilled or leaked during delivery
• Food/pastry not matching description or damaged
2. Claim Period
• In-store: Report immediately upon receiving
• Delivery: Within 15 minutes of receiving, with photo/video evidence
3. Resolution Options
• Free drink replacement
• Bank transfer refund within 24 hours (for delivery orders)
• Discount voucher for next purchase
4. Exceptions
• Product more than 50% consumed
• Claims made after 15 minutes
• Personal taste preferences (too sweet, too light, etc.)

• Electronic invoices issued for all transactions

• One discount code/voucher per order
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
• Expiration dates clearly printed on vouchers

Yes! We accommodate birthday parties, group meetings, workshops, and small events. We can help with space setup, custom menus, and decoration. Please contact us at least 3 days in advance.
All branches offer free high-speed WiFi and plenty of power outlets. The Cups is a great spot for freelancers, students, and remote workers.
